Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Refunds

• 45-Day Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 45 days before the retreat start date will receive a full refund (excluding processing charges).
• 31-44 Day Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 31-44 days before the retreat start date will receive a 50% refund (excluding processing charges).
• No Refund within 30 Days: Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Booking Transfers

• Free Transfers: Bookings can be transferred to another person at no additional cost. This should be done and notified to us at least 7 days before the retreat start date with the new attendee’s details.
• Transfer Process: Please provide the name, contact information, and any dietary or medical requirements of the new attendee to ensure a smooth transition.

3. Rescheduling

• 31-Day Free Rescheduling: Guests may reschedule their booking once without penalty if requested at least 31 days before the retreat start date.
• Late Rescheduling Fee: Rescheduling within 30 days of the retreat start date may incur a fee equivalent to 30% of the booking cost. Rescheduled bookings are subject to availability.

4. Medical Emergencies

• Emergency Policy: In the event of a medical emergency, please provide a medical certificate. We will offer a rescheduling option or a refund based on individual circumstances.
• Documentation Requirement: Submit a valid medical certificate within 15 days of the scheduled retreat start date to qualify for a refund or rescheduling due to a medical emergency.

5. Unforeseen Circumstances

• Retreat Cancellation by Anastya Wellness Retreat: If the retreat is canceled by Anastya Wellness Retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
• Notification: We will notify guests as soon as possible in the event of a cancellation and provide options for rescheduling or a full refund.

6. Partial Attendance

• No Refund for Missed Days: No refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures, or missed days of the retreat. We will do our best to accommodate and make your remaining stay enjoyable.
• Pro-rata Charges: If you must leave early due to unforeseen personal circumstances, we may offer a pro-rata refund at our discretion. Notify us immediately if you anticipate an early departure.

7. Force Majeure

• Non-Liability: Anastya Wellness Retreat is not liable for any refunds or compensation in the case of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, war). We will provide options for rescheduling in such cases.

8. Additional Charges

• Processing Fees: Refunds processed via credit card or international bank transfer may be subject to processing fees, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Administrative Fees: An administrative fee of Rs. 2000/- may apply to cancellations and rescheduling requests to cover processing costs.

9. Refund Processing Time

• Processing Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request. It may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment method.

10. Special Offers and Discounts

• Non-Refundable Offers: Retreats booked under special offers, promotions, or discounts may be non-refundable. Please review the terms and conditions of the specific offer at the time of booking.

11. Retreat Modifications

• Activity Changes: In case of changes to the retreat schedule or activities due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer suitable alternatives. No refunds will be provided for modified activities.
• Guest Preferences: While we strive to meet guest preferences, no refunds will be provided if we cannot accommodate specific requests that were not confirmed at the time of booking.
