Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Please retain your booking confirmation for check-in purposes.
2. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in is from 1:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and, in some cases, additional charges.
3. Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 18 years old to attend the retreat. Minors are not permitted unless accompanied by an adult and prior approval is obtained.
4. Payment Policy: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other specified payment methods.
5. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 45 days prior to the retreat start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 31-44 days will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date.
6. Health and Medical Conditions: Guests must disclose any medical conditions or special requirements prior to booking. We are not responsible for any health issues that arise during the retreat.
7. Personal Conduct: Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other guests. Disruptive behavior, including excessive noise and disrespect, will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the retreat without a refund.
8. Prohibited Substances: The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Alcohol consumption, if allowed, should be moderate and respectful of others.
9. Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted in any indoor areas or designated wellness zones. Designated smoking areas will be provided.
10. Use of Facilities: Guests must adhere to scheduled activity times and use facilities and equipment as instructed. Misuse of facilities may result in additional charges or removal from the retreat.
11. Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The retreat is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
12. Dietary Requirements: Any dietary restrictions or allergies must be communicated at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee all requests can be met.
13. Photography and Recording: To respect the privacy of all guests, please refrain from taking photos or recording videos without explicit consent from those being recorded.
14. Liability Waiver: Guests must sign a liability waiver upon arrival, acknowledging that they participate in retreat activities at their own risk.
15. Amendments to Retreat Schedule: The retreat schedule is subject to change. We will notify guests of any significant changes and offer alternative arrangements where possible.
16. Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful environment, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Please be considerate of others during these times.
17. Environmental Responsibility: Guests are encouraged to be mindful of the environment. Proper disposal of waste and conservation of resources are expected.
18. Pets Policy: Pets are not allowed at the retreat unless specifically stated in the retreat offering. Service animals are permitted with prior notification and documentation.

By booking with Anastya Wellness Retreat, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Violation of any terms may result in immediate termination of your retreat experience without refund.
